Hengling New Energy 2023 Annual Summary & Commendation Conference & 2024 Work Planning Meeting Successfully Held
Time flies, and we gather in joy.As the year draws to a colorful end, we pay tribute to the gentle winter.We bid farewell to the old year, reviewing a year of prosperity;we embrace the new present, talking about visions for the days to come.
Looking back on the past year,there were expectations and hesitations, gains and growth.2023 has passed smoothly, and 2024 awaits blossoms.
On February 5, 2024, the 2023 Annual Summary & Commendation Conference and 2024 Work Planning Meeting of Zhengzhou Hengling New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the conference hall on the third floor of the company. All employees gathered together, focusing on the conference theme “Setting Sail for Dreams, Creating a Better Future”, aiming to review the 2023 work, summarize experiences and gains and losses, commend outstanding individuals, and deploy the goals and tasks for 2024.
Before the meeting started, all employees entered the venue to sign in, received New Year red envelopes, and wore red scarves.
At 9:30 a.m., the meeting officially started, presided over by Wang Zhaohui, Deputy General Manager of the company..
Encouraging Excellence, Commending the Outstanding
Accompanied by impassioned music, the 2023 Commendation Ceremony for Advanced Collectives and Individuals officially began. Chen Yanfei, Deputy General Manager of the company, read out the Commendation Decision.
The After-Sales Service Department was awarded the Advanced Collective, and nine employees including Li Jingjing, Wang Tingzhi, Li Zhanfeng, Han Liguo, Neng Li, Sun Huiping, Su Fengqi, Liu Ying, and Zhao Zuolin were awarded Advanced Individuals. General Manager Liang, presented awards to them.
It takes ten years to sharpen a sword, and it will show its sharpness when the time comes. The development of Hengling is inseparable from the efforts of all employees, especially these outstanding collectives and individuals who work diligently. They are models for us to move forward and examples for us to follow. It is hoped that everyone will learn from, compete with and catch up with each other to make progress together, and strive unremittingly for the development of the enterprise and personal growth.
Subsequently, Li Jingjing from the General Administration Department and Sun Huiping from the Sales Department delivered speeches as representatives of the advanced individuals.
Clarifying Goals, Implementing Responsibilities
A good start means a decisive battle, and the first step means a sprint. To further clarify the annual goals and tasks, General Manager Liang signed Letter of Goal Responsibility with the company’s senior executives and all business personnel of the Sales Department respectively.
The signing of the Letter of Goal Responsibility is to turn goals into actions and actions into results. It not only carries the expectations of the company’s leaders and all employees, but also indicates that Hengling New Energy anchors the new goals for 2024 and blows the charge to set off again.
Setting Sail for Dreams, Creating a Better Future
Important Speech by General Manager Liang
At the meeting,General Manager Liang delivered an important speech. He pointed out that in the past year, the international situation was complex and severe, the domestic economic market was sluggish, local finances were tight, and local state-owned enterprises, especially private enterprises, faced numerous difficulties. The company was facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.
Hardships and setbacks are normal on the road ahead, and breaking through adversity makes a hero. All Hengling staff worked under pressure and forged ahead, witnessing the resilience and endurance of the enterprise’s development together. The achievements made were hard-won.
In 2023, the company’s operating income increased by 10% year-on-year compared with 2022. The company achieved remarkable results in project application, winning a number of national and provincial honors; it improved corporate profit margins by controlling procurement costs in various ways; it broadened financing channels to ensure the company’s cash flow.
In project construction, the company carried forward the spirit of hard work and overcoming difficulties. Especially in the Gongyi New G310 Project and High-tech Zone Urban Road Lighting Project, all staff worked together, brainstormed and strived to create high-quality projects, writing the true character of “Hengling” with practical actions.
While affirming the achievements, General Manager Liang emphasized the problems existing in the company’s development in the past year: the overall professional skills need to be improved, the sense of responsibility is weak, the reserve of sales talents is insufficient, and the corporate culture construction is incomplete. It is hoped that everyone will face up to the problems, see the gaps, strengthen rectification, improve deficiencies, keep pace with the times, and complete the established goals.
A thousand sails compete when riding the momentum, and it is just the right time to whip the horse. Focusing on the 2024 goals and tasks, General Manager Liang put forward specific requirements from the aspects of sales performance, operation and management, R&D and innovation, and cultural construction.
He required that under the complex and changeable situation, we should seize opportunities, strengthen training, improve professional capabilities, enhance R&D and innovation capabilities, and promote corporate culture construction. It is hoped that everyone will unite and work together to compose a new chapter of development in the new year.
General Manager Liang’s speech pointed out the way forward for our future work and made our thinking clearer and goals more definite. All employees will earnestly study, understand and implement the spirit of General Manager Liang’s speech, base on the company’s reality, strive for progress with determination, and work together to contribute to the bright future of the company under the correct leadership of General Manager Liang!

Looking back on 2023, we rode the wind and waves and stayed true to our mission; looking forward to 2024, a hundred boats compete, and the oarsmen win. In the new year, we will closely focus on the 2024 tasks and goals, with the tenacity of “not letting go of the green mountains” and the drive of “not conquering Loulan will never return”, sprint with all our strength, and write a new future and a new chapter of Hengling with a striving attitude and a spirit of braving wind and rain!
