With prosperous dragons and promising snakes bringing good luck, on January 25, 2025, Zhengzhou Hengling New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. grandly held the 2024 Annual Summary & Commendation Conference and 2025 Work Planning Meeting in the 3rd-floor conference hall. All employees gathered together, focusing on the theme “Reposition & Set Sail”, to review the 2024 work, summarize experience and gains, commend outstanding individuals, and deploy goals and tasks for 2025.
Before the meeting, all employees checked in at the venue, received New Year red envelopes, and wore red scarves.
At 9:30 a.m., the conference officially kicked off, hosted by Wang Zhaohui, Deputy General Manager of the company.
Encourage Excellence & Honor the Outstanding
Accompanied by impassioned music, the 2024 Annual Outstanding Individual Commendation Ceremony officially began. Chen Yanfei, Deputy General Manager of the company, read out the Commendation Decision.
The winners of the 2024 “Outstanding Individual” title are: Li Jingjing, Zhao Guilin, Sun Huiping, Si Weidong, Zhang Liyi, Hu Hailian, Li Min, Su Fengqi, Zhao Jinpei, and Zhang Xiuhua —— ten outstanding colleagues. Liang Na, General Manager, personally took the stage to present awards to these excellent employees in recognition of their outstanding contributions and unremitting efforts over the past year.
As the saying goes, “Ten years of grinding a sword, it will surely be sharp when ready”. Every step of Zhengzhou Hengling’s development is inseparable from the hard work of all employees, especially those who have always worked diligently and performed outstandingly. They are undoubtedly the models leading us forward and the examples we strive to follow. Subsequently, Si Weidong from the Sales Department and Hu Hailian from the Business & Procurement Department took the stage as outstanding representatives to speak. Their sharing not only inspired everyone present but also pointed out the way forward, demonstrating the power of role models and further stimulating the team’s enthusiasm and motivation.
Clarify Goals & Implement Responsibilities
With the determination “Start as a decisive battle, begin as a sprint”, the company launched the signing ceremony of target responsibility statements to further clarify the goals and tasks for 2025.
This series of target responsibility statement signings marks that we have not only transformed goals into practical actions but also ensured the achievement of expected results through these actions. This move carries the ardent expectations of the company’s leadership and all employees, and symbolizes that Zhengzhou Hengling New Energy is steadily advancing towards new goals in 2025, blowing the charge to set off again.
Reposition & Set Sail
At the meeting, General Manager Liang Na delivered an important speech. He pointed out that in the past year, the international situation was complex and severe, the domestic economic market was sluggish, local finances were tight, and local state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in particular faced numerous difficulties. The company faced unprecedented pressure and challenges.
Against this complex and severe background, in 2024, all employees united as one, rose to challenges, and moved forward firmly in adversity, achieving certain results in all aspects of work.
When deploying tasks for 2025, General Manager Liang emphasized “Reposition & Set Sail”, requiring everyone to understand the situation, clarify goals, and devote themselves to work with full enthusiasm and pragmatic style. Key tasks include strengthening international trade, optimizing management, and expanding markets. He encouraged everyone to dare to challenge themselves, bravely take on responsibilities, and jointly promote the company to achieve higher-quality development.
With hundreds of sails racing to seize the momentum, it is the right time to whip the horse and raise the whip. Focusing on the 2025 goals and tasks, General Manager Liang put forward specific requirements from the aspects of domestic market strategy, international market strategy, operation and management, R&D and innovation, and cultural construction.
Under the complex and ever-changing situation, we must seize opportunities, unite and cooperate, gather strength, and jointly write a new chapter of development in the new year.
